We are a team of educators who believe in building schools where all students can achieve. Our collaborative approach is grounded in current research on pedagogy and curriculum. With experience as teachers and leaders, our work is to drive change by giving adults tools and strategies for classroom and school culture shifts.

Dr. Malcolm Andrews Jr.

Dr. Malcolm Andrews Jr (he/him) is an instructional coach and former special educator. His doctoral work focused on how instructional coaching can support teachers to become more culturally responsive. Dr. Andrews is engaged in district-level efforts to support educators of color in their instructional practices. 

Casey Andrews

Casey Andrews (she/her) spent much of her teaching career advocating for anti-racist pedagogy and working with white educators to adjust curriculum and practice. She works at the intersection of curriculum and pedagogy with an emphasis on language and student autonomy.

Destiny S. Palmer

Destiny S. Palmer (she/her) is a visual artist and teacher. Palmer is trained as a painter; her work explores the intersections of painting, history and color. Her teaching practice is hands-on, student-centered, and rooted in community. Ms. Palmer's artist portfolio can be found on her website here

Dr. Jason LaRocque

Dr. Jason LaRocque (he/him) is a principal at an independent school for boys. He conducted his doctoral research on the ways that male leaders can foster positive masculinity for boys and young men. As a school leader, Dr. LaRocque's focus is on creating a safe learning environment that supports all boys to become their best selves. His coaching website can be found here.
